Mark was back on track last weekend in a Mk2 Golf!
He has borrowed the car from Simon Gusterson and will race in the ‘Production GTi’ (www.productiongti.com) championship at Donington on the Sunday. The Golf has been through the workshop and has had some tweaks ready for the race.
It is the first time Mark has driven competitively since doing a pair of races nearly a decade ago. His last full season was back in 1993 in the Clio cup. Unfortunately he has not has time to test the car, although the idea is only to scratch an itch and have some fun.
