A last minute deal came together that has allowed Chris Knox to defend his Mini Challenge title in 2012, with the car run by Mark Fish Motorsport.
The car was only delivered on the Friday testday of the first round at Silverstone, but by Saturday Chris had won the first race after an epic battle with Lee Allen and Chris Smith – A stunning result given the circumstances.
The second race did not go so well, with a technical problem. Chris drove hard to bring the car home in a points position – 10th.
